As long-time resident of the Washington Metropolitan area, Melissa graduated with a B.B.A., Business Management from Strayer University and a B.A., Philosophy from Gettysburg College. Ms. Nixon hails from the linage of long-time Washington based real estate family. After obtaining her Realtor license in Virginia D.C. and Maryland, she worked to expand her knowledge of commercial and investment transactions.

Ms Nixon uses her extensive experience in private Real Estate to provide personal attention and specialized solutions for her clients.
